For returns please enclose the invoice with the item(s) you are returning. For exchanges use the included exchange form. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the delivery date will be credited to your credit card account (refunds exclude shipping costs).
There will be absolutely no refunds for items returned more than 15 days after the delivery date. All tags MUST still be attached to the garments. Swimsuits that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered can not be taken back. If we receive such goods, we will charge you $25 and return the items to you. Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will be accepted.
We will only cover the shipping cost for the FIRST exchange any additional exchanges after that will be charged $10 to cover shipping cost.
In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge.
Credits are generally issued within 30 days of our receipt of returned merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 15% will be charged on returns/refunds over $150 or if you return over 75% of your order.
