Lulifama.com gladly accepts your returns on all unworn merchandise, except sale items, for a refund or store credit within 30 days from purchase date.
To ensure the prompt processing of your return, please know that all garment tags MUST be attached to the items. We are unable to process returns on any items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered. If we receive returned goods in any of the above listed conditions, we will return them to address associated with your account.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are defined as any item that was sold on www.lulifama.com at a discount from the suggested full retail price.
For a Return or Refund
A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges.
For an Exchange
In the event that you would like to exchange your purchased items, we kindly ask that you return the items for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
If you would like a refund to your credit account, please follow the instructions for processing a return. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges or waive future shipping charges if the new items value is under $100.
If you would prefer a store credit, please follow the instructions for a return and select store credit from the menu options. We will waive the return shipping fee and extend complimentary shipping if the items value is $100 or more.
How to Return Merchandise
Visit lulifama.com/apps/returns and enter your order number and your email address then select the return item button. The items from this order will appear and you will be prompted to select the items you are returning. You will also be asked to provide a reason for the return and your preferred return method (credit card, store credit, PayPal). A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be assigned for this return, please keep that information for future reference.
For your convenience, we will email you a prepaid shipping label when your return is authorized (US customers only). Should you choose to use the label when requesting a refund to the original payment form, we will deduct the shipping fee from your refund upon receipt of your return. Should you choose to use the label when requesting store credit, the return shipping fee will be waived.
Please affix the label to your package, take the package to the nearest drop off location for the specified carrier and retain a copy of the tracking number for your records. Should you choose to use another trackable shipping method at your own expense, we recommend that you retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Please be sure to include your RMA number in your return package, so we may identify and process it quickly upon receipt. Once received, returns may take up to 15 days to be processed. Please note we cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost in transit.

Additional Return Policy
In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective due to manufacturing defect we will replace it at no charge.
Credits are generally issued within 15-30 days of our receipt of returned merchandise.
International customers must supply their own shipping labels for returns.
