A Message to Our Luli Babes:

As the Luli Fama team continues to navigate the current situation and take the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our customers, employees and communities, we would like to thank our clients and team worldwide for their continued support and commitment during these uncertain times.


In an effort to prevent the spread of (COVID-19, the Luli Fama team would like to share the following updates and changes implemented: 


For our Luli Babes & Luli employees:

  • Our Customer Service team is set up remotely and available to support you 24/7 with any queries via our online and social media platforms. 
  • All Inventory is being handled and shipped directly by the Luli Fama Miami headquarters team
  • All workstations handling packaging are working with a 6 feet distancing policy and have undergone daily deep cleaning sessions 
  • All employees have been trained on proper hand washing protocol and wear gloves when handling packages
  • All colleagues that work within the warehouse are encouraged to take extra breaks to maintain hand washing, along with sanitizers being available throughout the warehouse and high touch areas. 
  • Our warehouse team has reduced staffing across shifts which also includes staggered start and finish times


COVID-19: Possible International Shipping Delays:
Please be advised that orders placed abroad might experience a slight delay in delivery. We appreciate your patience and thank you for your ongoing support.


Curbside Check in:

Our Doral location remains closed till further notice but in an effort to accommodate the needs of our Miami customers we have implemented a Contactless Order Pick Curbside:

  • New for our Miami Luli Babes!  Pick Up Your Orders Curbside!!  
    • In response to COVID- 19 our team is now offering Miami Luli Babes contactless curbside pickup through the end of May,maintaining the social distancing rules for both you and our drivers

Step 1: Place your order at checkout

o    Choose the Curbside Store Pick Up option on the check-out page

Step 2: Receive Order confirmation

o   Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email or text message letting you know that it’s ready to pick up.

Step 3. Pick up contactless order curbside

o   Upon arrival to the Miami- Doral location, c305.234.5656 and select the Operator. Inform one of our team members that you arrived and describe your vehicle for easy identification.

o    Please have your confirmation email and ID ready for proof of purchase.


Orders & Returns:

  • Luli Fama gladly accepts returns on all unworn merchandise, except sale items, for a refund or store credit within 30 days from purchase date.
  • To ensure the prompt processing of your return, please know that all garment tags MUST be attached to the items. We are unable to process returns on any items that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered or missing garment tags. If we receive returned goods in any of the above listed conditions, we will return them to the address associated with your account.
  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are defined as any item that was sold on at a discount from the suggested full retail price.
  • If you received a free gift with your purchase and your return reduces the merchandise subtotal of your order below the threshold to earn the free gift, you must return the gift merchandise along with your returned items.  If the free gift is not returned the original value of the gift will be deducted from your refund. 

For a Return or Refund:

  • A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges. The window of time for returns is 30 days from the date the items were purchased

For an Exchange:

  • In the event that you would like to exchange your purchased items, we kindly ask that you return the items for a refund or store credit and place a new order.  If you would like a refund to your credit card, please follow the instructions for processing a return. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges or waive future shipping charges if the new items value is under $100.  If you would prefer a store credit, please follow the instructions for a return and select store credit from the menu options and we will waive the return shipping fee.
