Who May Use This Warranty This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the product warranted under this warranty and coverage begins on the date the product is purchased either from our website or one of our authorized retailers and continues for one-year from such date. Coverage ends if you sell or transfer the product. What is Covered This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship of any product purchased from Luli Fama or one of our authorized dealers. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified products are covered by this Limited Warranty. What is Not Covered This Limited Warranty does not cover tears, rips, or snags caused to the fabric, as these are not considered defects in materials or workmanship unless you received it that way. This Limited Warranty also does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, or neglect. What Luli Fama Will Do Luli Fama will inspect the product. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that the product has a defect covered under this Limited Warranty, we will repair or replace the product, at our discretion, at no charge to you, upon our receipt of the defective product with either a copy of, or the original, proof of purchase from Luli Fama or one of our authorized dealers. This proof of purchase must include the date of purchase, the authorized store name (or website), and the description of the product. We do not accept handwritten proofs of purchase. Due to the likelihood of imitation and counterfeit of products, we do not warranty any products that you buy from any unauthorized dealer such as from discount sites such as Ebay, Amazon, and the like. A service representative will assist you with any remedial action set forth in this Limited Warranty. How State Law Applies This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights.
