Shipping Policy

 

Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will ship out Monday. Orders are not processed during Federal holidays and are subject to carrier shipping timeframes based off corresponding schedules.

 

Luli Fama is only provided with an estimated delivery date from carriers, packages may arrive outside estimated time frame.

 

UPS 2nd Day

Receive your order in two business days after shipment if your order is placed before 12 NOON EST, Monday through Friday. 2 Day delivery applies to in-stock items only. Back-ordered items will be shipped standard.

UPS Next Day
Receive your order the next business day if your order is placed before 12 NOON EST, Monday through Friday. Next Day delivery applies to in-stock items. Back-ordered items will be shipped standard. If package is refused or undeliverable, items will be returned to their facilities via shipping carrier. Once it is in route back to the facility, they cannot be intercepted for a redelivery attempt.

International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed on international orders.

Domestic orders with a total value of $300 and up are automatically shipped with insurance. Domestic orders with a total value of $800 and up are also shipped signature required. Should the receiver make any shipment changes with the carrier directly, the receiver automatically takes full responsibility for the receipt of their package and accepts the possibility of losing insurance coverage.

Orders and modifications

We are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product. To cancel an item, you can log in to your purchase history and click the cancel button, or contact our customer service team with your request.

If an item is purchased via another party, such as a reseller or boutique, company is not liable for any items lost in transit.

 

Orders that have been previously placed are unable to be price matched during sale periods.

 

Company is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered.
