Receive your order the next business day if your order is placed before 12 NOON EST, Monday through Friday. Next Day delivery applies to in-stock items. Back-ordered items will be shipped standard.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed on international orders.
Domestic orders with a total value of $300 and up are automatically shipped with insurance. Domestic orders with a total value of $800 and up are also shipped signature required. Should the receiver make any shipment changes with the carrier directly, the receiver automatically takes full responsibility for the receipt of their package and accepts the possibility of losing insurance coverage.
For Returns/Exchanges, please process an RMA number for your order before sending back. Please enclose the return invoice with the item(s) you are returning with the RMA number on your box. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the delivery date will be credited to your credit card account (refunds exclude shipping costs).
There will be absolutely no refunds for items returned more than 15 days after the delivery date. All tags MUST still be attached to the garments. Swimsuits that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered cannot be taken back. If we receive such goods, we can leave the returned items as a store credit or we will charge you $25 fee and return the items to you. Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will be accepted.
In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective due to manufacturing defect we will replace it at no charge.
Credits are generally issued within 30 days of our receipt of returned merchandise. Any return equal to or over $300 is subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
No refunds or exchanges on coupon sale items.
Points are non-refundable. If an order is refunded, the points will not be returned to your account.
