Return Policy

 

Lulifama.com gladlyaccepts returns on all unworn merchandise, except sale items, for a refund orstore credit within 30 days from purchase date.

 

If received a damage or defective item, please notify withinfive days of receiving your order.


To ensure the prompt processing of your return, please know that all garmenttags MUST be attached to the items. We are unable to process returns on anyitems that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered or missing garment tags. If wereceive returned goods in any of the above listed conditions, they will not beaccepted and company cannot send back order.


All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. Sale itemsare defined as any item that was sold on www.lulifama.com at a discount fromthe suggested full retail price. We will gladly accept sales items in properconditions as a return for store credit.

If you received a free gift with your purchase and your return reduces themerchandise subtotal of your order below the threshold to earn the free gift,you must return the gift merchandise along with your returned items.  Ifthe free gift is not returned the original value of the gift will be deductedfrom your refund.

For a Return or Refund

A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandiseand any sales tax you may have incurred. Please note that we cannot refundshipping charges. The window of time for returns is 30 days from the date theitems were purchased.

For an Exchange
In the event that you would like to exchange your purchased items, we kindlyask that you return the items for a refund or store credit and place a neworder.  If you would like a refund to your credit card, please follow theinstructions for processing a return. Please note that we cannot refundshipping charges or waive future shipping charges if the new items value isunder $100.  If you would prefer a store credit, please follow theinstructions for a return and select store credit from the menu options and wewill waive the return shipping fee.

How to Return Merchandise

Click the "Start A Return" button at the bottom of this page and youwill be prompted to enter your email address and order number. The items fromthis order will appear and you will be asked to select the items you arereturning. You will also be asked to provide a reason for the return and yourpreferred return method (credit card or store credit). A Return MerchandiseAuthorization (RMA) number will be assigned for this return, please keep thisinformation for future reference.

You can use a carrier of your choice to ship your return to the address belowor for your convenience, we will email you a prepaid shipping label when yourreturn is approved (US customers only). If you choose to have your returnrefunded to the original payment method and use the prepaid label we willdeduct the $9.95 shipping fee from your refund.  If you choose to haveyour refund returned via store credit the return shipping fee will be waived.

Please affix the label to your package, include a copy of your invoice, takethe package to the nearest drop off location for the specified carrier andretain a copy of the tracking number for your records. Should you choose to useanother shipping method at your own expense, we recommend that you use ashipping method that is traceable and retain a copy of the tracking number foryour records.

Please write your RMA number on the invoice and include it in your returnpackage, so we may identify and process it quickly upon receipt. Once received,returns may take up to 15 days to be processed. Please note we cannot be heldaccountable for packages that are lost in transit.

Additional Return Policy

In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective due to amanufacturing defect, we will replace it at no charge.

Credits are generally issued within 15-30 days of our receipt of returnedmerchandise.

International customers must supply their own shipping labels for returns.
