When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3 PM EST (Mon–Fri) ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also view it from your account page.
What's the return policy?
Unworn items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or store credit. Tags must be attached. Sale items are final sale (store credit only).
What if my item is defective?
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no charge.
How do I care for my suits?
Rinse immediately after use in cold water. Hand-wash with mild soap — no machine washing or drying. Line-dry in the shade. Avoid hot tubs and rough surfaces.
