·        When will my order ship?

o   Orders placed before 3 PM EST, Mondaythrough Friday will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 3PM or onweekends and Holidays will ship out the following business day. Due to highorder volumes during Black Friday, orders may require an additional time forprocessing.


·        How long does it takefor my order to arrive?

o  Transit times vary based on the serviceselected and transit time begins once the package leaves our facility.  Please refer to our shipping policy forfurther details on shipping services: https://www.lulifama.com/pages/shipping-policy


·        Where can I track myorder?

o  You will be notified via email with atracking number and order tracking details via Narvar


·        What is the ReturnPolicy?

o  We gladly accept returns on all unworn merchandise,except sale items, for a refund or store credit within 30 days from purchasedate.

To ensure the prompt processing of your return,please know that all garment tags MUST be attached to the items. We are unableto process returns on any items that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered, ormissing garment tags. If we receive returned goods in any of the above listedconditions, we will dispose of them after advising,

If you received a free gift with your purchaseand your return reduces the merchandise subtotal of your order below thethreshold to earn the free gift, you must return the gift merchandise alongwith your returned items.  If the free gift is not returned the originalvalue of the gift will be deducted from your refund.



·        What if a Final Saleitem doesn’t work for me?

o   All sale items are final sale and may only bereturned for store credit.. Sale items are defined as any item that was soldon www.lulifama.com at adiscount from the suggested full retail price.


·        How do I process areturn or exchange?

o  For a Return or Refund
A refund will be issued to your credit card forthe value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred. Pleasenote that we cannot refund shipping charges. The window of time for returns is30 days from the date the items were purchased.

For an Exchange
In the event that you would like to exchangeyour purchased items, we kindly ask that you return the items for a refund orstore credit and place a new order.  If you would like a refund to yourcredit card, please follow the instructions for processing a return. Pleasenote that we cannot refund shipping charges or waive future shipping charges ifthe new items value is under $100.  If you would prefer a store credit,please follow the instructions for a return and select store credit from themenu options and we will waive the return shipping fee.



·        When can I expect arefund or store credit?

o    Credits aregenerally issued within 15-30 days of our receipt of returned merchandise


·        What if my item isdefective?

o  In the unlikely event that the merchandise isdamaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at nocharge.


·        How do I care for myLuli Suits?

o    A few key steps help your Luli suits go a longway!

o    Before use, rinse in a mixture of cold water andsalt or vinegar to help set and maintain the vibrant colors.

o    After use, always rinse immediately. Chlorine,sunscreen, salt and tanning products can cause discoloration and even fading.

o    Don’t put suits in the washing machine ordryer.  Hand-washing with a mild soap isthe way to go.

o    Don’t put away while damp, as this may cause thecolors to bleed.

o    Hang or line dry suits inside. Sun is fun butprolonged UV exposure can cause fabrics to deteriorate and fade.

o    We encourage that you beware of rough surfacesand hot tubs, as these can cause irreversible damage to the suits. To avoidpiling and deterioration of fabric, always sit on a towel when siting on rough,poolside surfaces.
